Menstrual Hygiene Products in Public Schools UNANIMOUSLY PASSES the Florida House and Senate!

Both chambers of the Florida legislature passed CS/HB 389: Menstrual Hygiene Products in Public Schools as the session closed last week! This bill authorizes school districts to make menstrual hygiene products available, at no charge, in schools within district and at certain locations within such schools; provides notication requirements; and encourages school districts to partner with specied organizations for specied purposes. With the Governor's signature, this bill will become law!
